We have classes on Saturdays from 12:30-2:30 and Thursday nights from 7-9 pm at RxFit (formerly Spearhead fitness) 4540 S Highland Drive, SLC, UT 84116 Our 4 week Beginners Class starts the first week of every month. All that is required is signing a waiver, the monthly dues of $30 and a willingness to learn. After signing up for beginners your first class will be the Saturday or Thursday of the following month.
